Camera movements:
A crane shot which is used in movies is mainly used in at the end of the movie, it is used to indicate the film has ended, a great example of a brilliant crane shot is from a movie called Western High Noon.
A tracking shot which is used in films is to give us audience a detailed tour of what the characters surroundings are, it basically follows the character. A good use of a tracking shot is from a movie called Elephant (Alan Clarke, 1989).
Camera panning is done to give us viewers a panoramic view of a settting or a set. This is an example of a camera pan.
